1 Mix the cheese, onion, garlic and flour and make a hollow in the middle. Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour in. Stir until smooth and season.
2 Spread a 5 cm thick layer of the mixture on to the slices of bread.
3 Heat up the cooking butter. Lay the slices of bread into the pan with the cheese mixture side facing downwards and fry until golden brown. Keep warm.
