Halve peppers and press flat, slice apple and marinate in a mixture of maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon for around half an hour, then cook both for a few minutes to desired level.
Place a few spring onions and a bit of marjoram in each grill pan and top with 2 slices of raclette cheese. Cover with grilled peppers and apple slices.
Grill small pans on a hot cooking grid until the cheese has melted.
