Ingredients

For 4-6 servings

  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 100ml vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 400g rolled pizza dough (such as frozen)
  • 250g Raclette Suisse®

Preparation

  1. Cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small dice the peppers and chili peppers. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  2. Roast 2/3 of the diced peppers with the garlic and chili in olive oil, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize it. Add vegetable stock and simmer over low / medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then puree everything in blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the Raclette® cheese into small cubes. Cut out small hearts from the pizza dough and put them on a lined baking tray. Distribute the paprika and chili sauce on the dough and sprinkle the hearts with the remaining peppers and cheese cubes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
