Wash chicken breast fillet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and cook on hot grill or frying pan. Slice hamburger bun in half and toast lightly on cut surfaces. Slice chicken breast fillet diagonally slices. Cover bottom half of bun with rocket salad and chicken. Drizzle with mango sauce. Place both slices of Gruyère AOP on top. Garnish with avocado slices and dried tomatoes and drizzle once again with mango sauce. Cover with top half of bun.
