Ingredients
Serves 4
8 slices of bread, toasted
Balsamic cream
lettuce leaves
4 slices Appenzeller®
12 slices of dried beef
75 g carrot, grated
¼ cucumber, unpeeled, sliced
8 tomato slices
2 boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
Put 2 slices of toast on the workplace. Coat a side with balsamic cream. Put 3 slices of dried beef, 1 lettuce leaf , 1 slice Appenzeller® cheese on it. Top it with grated carrots, cucumber and tomato slices.
Conclude with the slices of 1/2 boiled egg and cover with the second slice of toast. Cut into triangles.
