Swiss Club Sandwich with Appenzeller® and dried beef

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 8 slices of bread, toasted
  • Balsamic cream
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Appenzeller®
  • 12 slices of dried beef
  • 75 g carrot, grated
  • ¼ cucumber, unpeeled, sliced
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 2 boiled eggs, sliced

Preparation

  1. Put 2 slices of toast on the workplace. Coat a side with balsamic cream. Put 3 slices of dried beef, 1 lettuce leaf , 1 slice Appenzeller® cheese on it. Top it with grated carrots, cucumber and tomato slices.
  2. Conclude with the slices of 1/2 boiled egg and cover with the second slice of toast. Cut into triangles.
