Swiss raclette baguettes

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200 g tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 baguettes, halved lengthwise
  • 150 g Italian salami, thinly sliced
  • 150 g sliced mushrooms
  • 250 g Swiss raclette cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C. Mix tomato paste with honey, garlic and oregano, and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread sauce on baguette halves. Top with salami and mushroom slices. Dice Swiss raclette cheese and place on baguettes.
  3. Bake baguettes in hot oven for around 8 minutes.
