Ingredients
For 4 people
- 4 slices of toasted bread
- 4 slices of Emmentaler Switzerland AOP
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Some strips chives, basil leaves and watercress
Preparation

Brush the toast with ketchup and then place the cheese slices on it. Cut out with a cookie cutter a face shape and place it on a serving platter. Decorate with the chives and basil leaves, the leaves and stems of the flowers. Arrange the cress as hair.
