Ingredients

serves 4

  • a bowl of 250 mL capacity
  • 100 g of half-fat quark
  • 50 g of grated Sbrinz AOC
  • a little lemon, juice and zest
  • ¼ a tsp of salt
  • white pepper
  • 50 mL of stiffly beaten cream
  • lemon balm for garnish

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, including the pepper and carefully stir in the cream.
  2. Keep the mousse cool. Garnish with lemon balm and serve in the bowl.
