Ingredients
Serves 4
4 slices of toast
4 slices of Emmental AOP
16 small white asparagus spears, peeled and steamed
4 slices of ham
Trimmings:
Cress
A few pieces of Emmental AOP
Preparation
Preheat oven (grill). Place cheese slices on toast and cut in a heart shape. Wind slices of ham around bouquets of 4 asparagus spears. Place on toast hearts and grill in oven for around 2 minutes.
Serve with grated Swiss Emmental AOP and garnish with cress.
