The organic Emmentaler AOP Bio differs from conventional Emmentaler AOP in the raw material used. The exclusively fresh and unpasteurised milk is supplied by farms that meet the standards of the Bio Suisse organisation, which are recognised both in Switzerland and abroad. Emmentaler AOP Bio is produced in harmony with nature in every respect and processed as gently as possible. With its typical nutty-mild to strong-tangy flavour, the organic Emmentaler is the taste of pure delicious pleasure.
